Important Shipment Notice

All our bike boxes are made and dispatched from the UK. Deliveries outside the UK can be subject to Import duties, Taxes and VAT.

Charges usually vary depending on the country you live in. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Bike Box Alan and are not included in the shipping prices. For details of charges contact your country’s customs office. Any shipping delays are out of our control and shipping costs are non-refundable if your order arrives later than expected. Any return shipments would be at your own cost.
