BIKE BOX HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!
Customers are reminded that Bike Box Alan are the only boxes with a class leading 7-year guarantee on faulty parts and manufacture however; if they suffer obvious abuse resulting in damage to the BOX or its contents, you should report it immediately to the appropriate authority so that you can make a claim against them. Not to do so could result in losing your hire deposit or invalidating your guarantee.
*We advise you NOT to make any amendments to your consignment after the goods have been dispatched. If you choose to, we will not be held responsible for any issues caused by the change. Please do not change the collection date. If you do, you need to let us know and you will be charged a surcharge of £10 per day until we receive the box back. Remember another customer maybe waiting for this box.

(In the unlikely event of a bike box not being returned a fee will be chargeable at the current price of a new box)
Hire Instructions
• Please return box in the polythene bag for return.
• To avoid a £10 surcharge for removing hard stuck (delivery labels DPD/Flight Lables / Barcodes).
• Please place flight labels on designated area or through carry holes.
• Place anti crush pole back into the socket for return to us.
• Don’t peel off and logos/graphics off the box.
• Make sure all foam pieces are back in the box.
• Please ensure the TSA Lock is securely locked back onto the box for the return journey back to us.
• Zip Ties can be used on the remaining clasps if you wish.
• IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE CHARGED £15 FOR ANY ITEMS MISSING AND AN ADDITIONAL £15 FOR A FAILED UPLIFT.
Cancellation Policy
7 days or less notice before hire date, the FULL hire amount will be charged.
8 days – 2 weeks’ notice before collection date, 50% of the hire amount will be charged.
Over 2 weeks’ notice before hire date we can offer you a refund minus a £15 admin fee.
We completely understand due to the Covid-19 outbreak that some customers may be wanting to cancel hire booking due to flights being cancelled or quarantine restrictions.
