All our boxes are made and dispatched from the UK.
Deliveries outside the UK can be subject to Import duties, Taxes and VAT. Charges usually vary depending on the country you live in. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Bike Box Alan and are not included in the shipping prices. For details of charges contact your country’s customs office.
Delivery
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the items you choose. Simply add items to your cart and input your delivery address at checkout and our website will calculate your shipping costs.
Please note that there is a lead time of approx 1-2 weeks from date of order. The time frames quoted below are the delivery time frames applicable from the date of dispatch.
Also please note that we can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Important! Shipping Updates and Delays
Bike Box Alan has a proud record of dispatching 99% of our orders as promised.
We partner with the very best of couriers – Fedex and Royal Mail who offer very a reliable service.
However, due to delays out of our control once the items leave us. All deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive within the normal time frames and as a consequence Bike Box Alan is powerless in these circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the order arrives later than expected.
We strongly recommend to order in plenty of time for all orders allow more workings day for it to arrive than normal.
By placing an order in the knowledge of the aforementioned courier problems, you are removing you right to cancel the order after it has been dispatched. You are within your rights to return the bikebox, but this is at your own expense and must be returned in the cardboard box it was delivered in unused. Once we receive the bikebox back and check it’s condition we will refund you the cost of the bikebox (not the cost of the original shipping or any costs incurred eg customs duty, return courier charge).
Please contact us if you have any questions about a time sensitive delivery date, we will do everything in our power to dispatch the order as soon as possible.

International FedEx Economy normally takes approx 5-10 working days to arrive after dispatch
Shipping services for accessories:
Royal Mail International Worldwide approx 6-7 working days after dispatch
Returns
If a product is found to be defective Bikebox Alan will replace the product or provide a complete refund, including any delivery costs.
If a product is NOT found to be defective Returns are at customer’s own cost.
Bikebox Alan has a simple, but comprehensive 28-day returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily. Returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging at the customers own cost. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately, we will respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue. We cannot refund the original shipping cost or any customised stickers.
Items bought online must be returned to our warehouse by post in the original packaging and unused.
The Restocking fee is £25.
We cannot process your refund until the item has been delivered back to us. Please either send us your tracking number or proof of delivery.
Customers are reminded about good practice for accepting deliveries.
Check goods thoroughly on arrival or sign as not checked on the delivery note. If you have elected someone to receive the goods on your behalf, instruct them of the procedure. In the unlikely event of any damage you must report any issues within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
Shortages/ missing items must be reported within 48hrs of receipt. No credit/ replacements will be given for goods reported outside this timescale.
