The INVICTUS Racing Wheelchair Bike Box Is Here!

Our INVICTUS racing wheelchair bike box looks so awesome we just had to give you an exclusive sneak preview so… (drum roll) …here it is!

Set to revolutionise the way racing wheelchairs are transported around the world the INVICTUS Racing Wheelchair Box provides the ultimate protection with a specially formulated hard plastic shell, the two halves partly slip inside each other to form a double layer of protection,17 integral cushioned Velcro straps minimize lateral and up and down movement of the racing wheelchair within the bike box.

It was clear from our research that para-athletes have an extremely limited choice in how to transport their racing wheel chairs abroad safely with some even having gone to the trouble of creating in-effective homemade contraptions made from plywood and even surfboard bags! These often-clumsy adaptations then had to be carried around airports along with separate bags for wheels and general luggage and in some instances, the para-athlete has the enormous task of doing all of this while operating his or her regular wheelchair.

We hope that our INVICTUS racing wheelchair travel box will take a whole load of stress out of the travelling experience. We have incorporated a host of design features like being able to carry your wheels inside the box as well as being able to stand the box on its end, a feature that will assist access to airport and hotel lifts.

We have also added the ability to tow the INVICTUS behind a wheelchair, a luggage platform to secure that extra loose bag and it even has a cup holder for that precious caffeine hit.
