Servicing Your Bike Box

BikeBoxAlan is now 15 years old! Despite the punishing life our boxes endure, we are happy to report that even after a decade and a half, our BikeBoxAlan’s are still going strong. Not to mention, they can rightfully claim to be the toughest and best value of any other Bike Box on the market.

However, we have noticed that some of the older Bike Boxes need a bit of T.L.C. If you have had your Bike Box for quite some time, it could benefit from some, new wheels, new foam, fresh stickers or a good spruce up. So, rather than throwing away your beloved Bike Box for a new one, why not consider some of our refurbishing options?

Our engineers promise to make you feel proud of your refurbished BikeBoxAlan again.

If a Bike Box service sounds like what you need, then you can either drop your Bike Box off at our Yorkshire HQ or we’ll collect and return your Bike Box using our couriers. So that you have that extra piece of mind, our work will be guaranteed for 1 year.

When your Bike Box arrives with us, our technicians will do an engineers report. If they feel that additional work is required, or any work you’ve requested isn’t necessary then we will get in touch with you to discuss this further.

We can arrange 3 transport options:

• You can either return and collect yourself (Rotherham)
• You can arrange your own courier to return your BBA at your own cost & convenience and will return your BikeBox.
• We can arrange a courier to collect your box and also arrange a couriers to return your box.
