Heavy Duty Hand Riveter Tool
With four interchangeable nozzles and assorted rivets
Easy to use
Compatible with fitting/ replacing bikebox alan clasps, velcro straps and hinge.

An additional Solid Disc Wheel Anti-Crush Pole - For transporting a solid rear disc wheel.
IMPORTANT!
Only compatible with a Triathlon Aero Easyfit or Triathlon aero Eayfit GPRS bike boxes.
*Zip ties not included
You will need to remove the existing anti- crush poles and then follow our instruction provide to fix the solid disc pole to your wheel.

Steels clasp includes rivets and washers. Requires a hand held pop rivet gun to be fitted to your Bike Box (not included).
Instructions:
Read instructions fully to start with. Open the bike box, and stand it up so that you can gain easy access to the area.
Using a 4mm drill bit, drill out the pop rivet from the outside of the box (if the pop rivet starts to spin, seek assistance and ask someone to hold the reverse of the rivet with a pair of pliers, ensuring hands are not exposed to the revolving drill bit.
Place the new pop rivet in the hand held pop riveter, (the thin rod should be pushed all the way in,(use the hole at the very end of the riveter)
Hold the riveter at the opposite end to the two handles and push hard into the original 4mm diameter hole on the outside of the box
Slip the washer onto the protruding rivet within the box and hold the edges of the washer up against the box
With the riveter pushed up against the box, and the washer pushed into place, squeeze the handles of the riveter with two hands very hard until it snaps
